5 stars hotel with 1 star service for Eng speakers

Nice decor, very details oriented, and nice facilities

I already listed the pro. It's a nice place to stay especially if u r Chinese speaker. The following points were things I experienced during my stay. Con. 1. During check in, the front desk staffs do not know what "agoda" is. They made me wait 30 minutes trying to confirm what "agoda" is until I finally demand a room and told them to check with agoda the day after (Monday) because I already paid via agoda so I wouldn't be leaving for another 5 days. 2. During check in, things are more difficult than it should be cuz most staffs do not speak English at all with some barely speaks English. The hotel should hire at least 1 person that can speak English fluently to station at the front desk if they want to advertise themselves as a 5 stars hotel. 3. There were many staffs everywhere but the hotel still struggled to give good and fast service. A lot of the staffs seemed to be confused and didn't know what to do. Maybe more staffs training? 4. What happen to central heating system? Or my own heating system in the room? 5. Food: buffet is huge but maybe they should work on the English translation a bit more. (I.e. what the heck is "Muslim powdered"?) and Foie Gras should taste like foie Gras not an alcoholic duck liver with liver diseases. 6. This hotel is quite far from all tourist destinations. I would prob not stay here again unless they make some improvement regarding their staffs
