Staff does not speak English and while they may try to help, at first, are unfamiliar with the needs of Western guests. Breakfast consists of microwaved pastries and bread. The staff has a hard time with eggs. The last morning of my trip they neglected to serve me my eggs and then vacated the kitchen when I tried to follow up. My safe in the room stopped functioning after I placed my valuables inside. Spent 5 hours with the staff as they tried to figure out how to open it. They had lost the back up key. After 5 hours they called a locksmith and had it open. Management felt bad and treated me to dinner as well as transportation to my first meeting the next day. Hard to get a taxi. Hard to tell the staff to get you a taxi as they don't speak English. One of the girls who works the front desk would actually hide rather than try to speak in English (or find someone who speaks English). At checkout the front desk seemed empty. I called out within the "lobby" for help but no one came. I then looked behind the desk only to find one of the girls hiding underneath the front desk. I told her that I wanted to check out and she just repeated "go" and "ok". I couldn't leave as they had taken a deposit from me and I wanted it back. 15 minutes later an English speaker gave me my deposit back. I was happiest in this hotel when leaving for the airport.
